Gavriella Abekassis has worked in art galleries in London, Amsterdam, and Paris. She co-founded perform doc (Amsterdam), a project of performance documentation, and created Art must be Tasty (London), commissioning performance Art.
She co-wrote a book on the Art Deco designer René Prou published by Éditions Norma (Paris) in 2017, after a Master of Research in Art History at the Sorbonne, Paris.
